Meet Hannah Pfohl

Intuitive Eating, Eating Disorder and Chronic Illness Dietitian

Hi, I'm Hannah!

I'm a Registered Dietitian, Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC), and the founder of Mind Belly Soul Nutrition.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate the intersection of eating disorders, chronic illness, and medically complex nutrition. My passion lies in helping people reconnect with their bodies, not by ignoring symptoms or pushing through them, but by learning to understand what their body is communicating and responding with compassion instead of fear.

I believe our bodies are incredibly intelligent. Whether you're living with an eating disorder, Long COVID, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), POTS, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), SMAS, gastroparesis, or another complex medical condition, my goal is to help you move away from fighting your body and toward working with it.

My clinical background spans higher levels of eating disorder care, intensive care, the cancer center, and outpatient practice. Before opening Mind Belly Soul Nutrition, I worked as a clinical dietitian in the intensive care unit, providing nutrition support to critically ill patients and managing complex enteral nutrition (tube feeding) and parenteral nutrition (TPN). As a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician, I continue to work with medically complex individuals requiring specialized nutrition support while also helping clients navigate the everyday challenges of living with chronic illness.

Because healing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about learning to listen to the body you've had all along.

In addition to helping you on your food/body freedom journey, Hannah loves hiking, yoga, swimming, breathwork, and am a Level 1 Certified Reiki Practitioner.

While nutrition science is at the heart of my work, healing is about much more than food. I integrate mindfulness, meditation, somatic practices, and interoceptive awareness to help clients rebuild trust in their bodies. Together, we'll explore how to better recognize your body's cues, understand its needs, and develop the confidence to nourish yourself in a way that supports both your physical health and emotional well-being.

My caseload is currently full, but as soon as I have a spot open, I’d love to support you!
