Meet Devon Giunta
Intuitive Eating and Eating Disorder Dietitian
Hi, I'm Devon!
I became a registered dietitian because I am passionate about helping people find freedom from the constant stress and worry surrounding food, exercise, and body image.
I know how much time and energy can be spent thinking about what to eat, how to move your body, or whether you're doing enough. My goal is to help individuals take that power back so they can spend more time focusing on the things that bring them joy and fulfillment.
I believe that food should support your life, not control it. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that everyone deserves a peaceful relationship with food and their body. Whether you’re looking to move away from dieting, learn more about intuitive eating, or simply feel more confident in your food choices, I strive to create a space where you feel supported, heard, and understood.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me dancing, baking something sweet, trying a new recipe in the kitchen, or enjoying a long walk outdoors. I love finding joy in food, movement, and everyday experiences, and I hope to help others do the same.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey and to meeting you wherever you are.
Together, we’ll work toward building trust in your body, challenging the messages of diet culture, and finding sustainable ways to care for yourself that align with your values and lifestyle..
