Meet your Facilitator
Kate Clark, RD, LDN
Registered Dietitian & ARFID Specialist
Kate is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in working with children and teens with ARFID and complex food fears. She brings a calm, supportive, and structured approach to food exposures—helping kids build confidence around eating without pressure or judgment.
Kate has extensive experience supporting all ARFID subtypes, including sensory sensitivities, fear of choking or vomiting (emetophobia), low interest in eating, and anxiety- or OCD-related food avoidance. In her work with families, she often integrates FBT-informed principles to support caregivers while reducing stress and power struggles around food.
In this group, Kate guides kids through exposures in a way that feels safe, encouraging, and manageable—so they’re not facing food fears alone. Her goal is to help kids gain momentum, confidence, and flexibility around food, one supported step at a time.
