The Breakfast Club is a weekly virtual group where we come together to eat breakfast with support.

Whether you’re navigating recovery from an eating disorder or simply struggling with restriction, this is your space to feel seen, supported, and never alone with your plate.

What you’ll gain

  • You struggle to prioritize breakfast in the morning.

  • You get caught in thoughts like “This is too much,” “This is unhealthy,” or “I shouldn’t eat this.”

  • You crave connection with others who get it—people on their own food and recovery journeys.

  • You're stepping down from a higher level of care and looking for ongoing support.

  • You want help eating a specific meal you tend to skip or restrict.

  • You're curious about recovery but aren’t sure where to start.

  • You’re tired of feeling alone in your relationship with food.

Here’s the deets:

  • We will meet every Tuesday, virtually at 8am ET via Zoom.

  • Each week we will meet for 45-60 minutes.

  • This group requires a 6 week commitment.

  • Bring your own food (BYOF) - come ready to go with a delicious breakfast!

  • Our private pay rate is $30 per week or $120 per month.

  • Want to use your insurance benefits to cover the cost? We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (including IBX), United Health Care, and Aetna.

  • This group is open to anyone in these states: PA, NJ, NY, WA, OR, ID, WY, UT, TX, OK, WI, IN, WV, CT, NH, VT, MA, AK, HI, MI, VA, CA, CO, AL

Meet your Facilitators

Kim Houghton, LAPC

Eating Disorder Therapist

Kim approaches meal support with deep compassion, curiosity, and a calming presence. As a therapist experienced in working with eating disorders, she creates a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and never judged. In the meal support group, Kim helps guide clients through the messy and meaningful work of eating in recovery—offering gentle accountability, emotional support, and a grounded place to land. She believes in the power of showing up, one bite at a time, and holds space for both the challenges and small wins that come with healing your relationship with food.

Meet your Facilitators

Hannah is an anti-diet, HAES-aligned Registered Dietitian who brings warmth, expertise, and grounded support to the meal support group. With 7+ years of experience in eating disorder care, she helps clients challenge food fears, reconnect with their bodies, and build confidence around eating. Hannah creates a nonjudgmental space where participants feel safe, supported, and empowered to take steps toward food freedom—one bite at a time.
