Meet your Facilitator

Kate Clark, RD, LDN

Registered Dietitian & ARFID Specialist

Kate is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in working with children and teens with ARFID and supporting the parents who care for them. She understands how emotionally complex and exhausting ARFID parenting can feel and how hard it is to know what actually helps.

Kate has extensive experience supporting families across all ARFID subtypes, including sensory sensitivities, fear of choking or vomiting (emetophobia), low interest in eating, and anxiety or OCD related food avoidance. In her work with parents, she integrates ARFID informed and FBT informed principles to help caregivers feel more confident, grounded, and supported in their decisions.

In this group, Kate offers clear education, steady guidance, and a validating space for parents to ask questions, talk things through, and connect with others who get it. Her goal is to reduce isolation and burnout and help parents feel more capable and supported as they navigate ARFID, one step at a time.
