Struggling with food exposures?
Meet ARFID Tasters - for Adults
Adult ARFID Tasters is a weekly virtual group for adults (18+) who want support practicing food exposures in a way that feels safe, structured, and genuinely doable.
If you’ve been trying to expand your food variety but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward on your own — you’re not alone.
This group offers a supportive space to build confidence with food through encouragement, expert guidance, and gentle exposure practice that meets you exactly where you are.
You don’t have to face food fears alone.
Starting March 2026
Meeting Virtually, Mondays at 6pm ET
What you will gain
This Group Is a Great Fit for you if…
You’re tired of feeling like ARFID is something you have to manage on your own and you want community with people who get it.
You want a consistent, supportive space to actually practice food exposures, not just think about them or avoid them until the next session.
You’ve been stuck in the same safe foods and patterns, and you’re ready for momentum in your journey.
You want tools and skills that make eating feel more possible: navigating sensory overwhelm, fear responses, shutdown, or low appetite in everyday life.
You don’t want pressure or forcing. You want support that feels steady, respectful, and doable.
You’re ready to build more flexibility and confidence with food, one supported step at a time, alongside others navigating the same thing.
Here’s the deets:
