Life After GLP-1’s

A Retreat For Rebuilding Trust With Food, Your Body, And Yourself

Whether you're thinking about coming off a GLP-1, actively transitioning off, or already navigating life after medication, this retreat will help you reconnect with your body's signals, rebuild confidence with food, and create a path forward that feels grounded, sustainable, and supportive.

The medication may have changed your appetite.

But it didn't teach you how to trust your hunger.

It didn't teach you how to navigate body changes.

It didn't teach you how to feel safe around food.

And it certainly didn't prepare you for the emotional side of what comes next.

That's what we're here for.

❋ Intentional Structure

❋ Collaborative Energy

❋ Expert Facilitation

❋ A Supportive Space

What We'll Explore Together

Understanding Your Body After GLP-1s

As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.

Rebuilding Trust With Hunger

Learn how to recognize, interpret, and respond to hunger in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Finding Safety Beyond Control

Explore the role control has played in your relationship with food and discover a different path rooted in trust, flexibility, and self-compassion.

Mindfulness, Somatics & Embodiment

Reconnect with your body through experiential practices that help you move out of your head and back into your lived experience.

This Is More Than A Workshop

This is not a lecture.

This is not another diet program.

This is not a weekend spent talking about calories, rules, or willpower.

This is an immersive experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and practice these skills in real time.

Throughout the retreat you'll experience:

  • Guided discussions

  • Somatic practices

  • Mindfulness exercises

  • Nourishment experiences

  • Gentle movement

  • Reflection and journaling

  • Community connection

  • Dedicated integration time

Because healing doesn't happen when you're rushing.

It happens when you finally have space.
