Meet Olivia Service

Eating Disorder & Intuitive Eating Dietitian for Teens & Adults

Hi, I'm Olivia!

I’m a Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorder recovery, supporting children, teens, and adults as they work toward a more peaceful and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies.

Whether you’re navigating an eating disorder, feeling stuck in patterns of guilt or restriction, or simply wanting more ease and neutrality with food, this is a space where we can begin that work together.

My Approach:

My work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel at home in their body. I take a HAES® aligned, holistic, and compassionate approach that considers the full context of your life—not just your eating patterns. Together, we explore the thoughts, experiences, and patterns that have shaped your relationship with food, while also building practical, supportive steps forward.

My process is collaborative. I meet you where you are, offering a space where you feel heard and understood, while also providing clear guidance and direction when it’s helpful. Care is never one-size-fits-all. Your history, your body, and your goals are unique—and your support should reflect that.

Healing often looks like food becoming less consuming and more neutral, flexible, and even enjoyable again.

That might look like:

  • Eating without constant second-guessing

  • Feeling more present during meals with others

  • Responding to hunger with more consistency and trust

  • Reintroducing foods that once felt difficult or off-limit

Food is so much more than just fuel- it's a source of connection, a way to create memories, and an opportunity for joy. It can bring people together and tell a story beyond the nourishment it provides.

In addition, I also support individuals—whether or not there is a formal diagnosis—who want to move toward a more peaceful, flexible, and less stressful relationship with food and eating.

Who I work with:

I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating:

  • Anorexia

  • Bulimia

  • Binge Eating Disorder

  • OSFED (Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorders)

  • ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)

  • Disordered eating patterns and chronic dieting

  • Body image concerns

  • Food anxiety and fear foods

A Little About Me

Outside of my work, you’ll often find me in the garden, baking sourdough, or collecting eggs from our chickens. I’ve unintentionally found myself leaning into a more homesteading-style way of living, which has become a grounding and enjoyable part of my routine.

I also love to travel whenever I can, especially when food is part of the experience. Exploring different cultures through meals has deepened my appreciation for how food connects people, stories, and traditions in powerful ways.
